A fundamental requirement of any structural component is that the stresses must remain below levels dictated by strength and fatigue limits. ATA can perform finite element analyses to predict stresses from a variety of sources, including temperature, moisture, impact, and vibration, as well as mechanical loads that occur during assembly and normal operation.

We use sophisticated software tools to build models that contain as much detail as necessary to accurately capture important characteristics, including contact, plastic deformation, and temperature-dependent material properties.
